Try temporarily changing your window text color to something else and see if it changes that dialog's text. Then you'll know what you're up against.
Sometimes Adobe will misuse System Color/Buttonface. You might try temporarily changing that to see if it changes the background in that dialog. You can also look at your other system colors to see if you find one that matches that dialog background.
Adobe is a little inconsistent in what system colors it picks up and what it matches them up with.
