This issue has been previously discussed on the wincustomize forums and reported to Stardock by Mike Bryant, but it's been awhile and no resolution has come. So, I thought I would bring it up again here in the hopes that someone might have a fix for the problem.
In Mike's excellent update of Dangeruss' WB skin TorsionBar found here: Link, the Toolbar background image isn't being displayed in any window; Windows Explorer or IE. The image is just visible around the edges only. Mike has looked closely at the code in SkinStudio and it appears to be correct, but WB 5.xx, even the latest 5.01 doesn't render it correctly. Everything else appears to be fine.
It would be great if Stardock or a skinner could figure out why this is happening and offer a remedy.
