Vertical Taskbar/Start Menu?

Not loading correctly

I run my taskbar/start menu vertically up and down the left side of the screen. When I load a skin under WB5 I have to move it horizontal first or it doesn't get skinned. The windows/apps do but not the taskbar. In fact I have to move the taskbar before I load WBConfig to get it to work.

HP zd7260 laptop with Geforce FX go 5700, 64 MB video. Video driver version in display props is 6.14.10.5405.

Is this problem consistently reproducable? Which version of windows are you running (including service packs)?

It's not a universal problem- I use a vertical taskbar on the left & do not experience skinning problems with it.
