I sent one to their sales support one, and it's weird because i tried tochange my email and it said it would send a validation, but it never did, and i asked it to multiple times aswell. the invoice went to the new email, so maybe that's messing things up? either way I'm pretty upset that i dropped 50 dollars and it looks like I'll likely not be able to have fun customizing stuff until the week days start when i have no time
