Would anyone care for a kudo?
I loaded up the new version of FX about a week ago and it's running better for me than any of the previous versions. With the old versions I used to have an occasional problem with the WB skin graphics getting corrupted on my windows borders or title bars but this new version so far has been rock solid.
Don't know if it's something Stardock did or just my dumb luck in configuring this that and the other (it certainly wasn't any graphic card driver updating). Granted I'm only using the Animations and Window Transitions features, but I'm pretty sure I'd tried it before with just those (I've never actually been TRYING to break it).
At any rate it's sure working better on my XP > Old ATI Graphics Card > WB6 > DesktopX combination than any of the previous versions and I think I'll give Stardock credit for that - pretty sure it's nothing that happened on my end. Thanks folks.
