Fences 6.20 does not allow either shortcuts or folders to be created in Win11

I have Win 11 Home : Version 25H2, Build 26200.7623 installed and am unable to create a shortcut or new folder in on my desktop or a new folder(s) in Windows Explorer. 

I am using Fences 6.20, current update and am appalled at this unsatisfactory situation.

Is there a solution or does one have to get one's money back?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, that is strange. More details please.

  1. Need to know your Windows 11 25H2 OS Build number. Use Winver.exe to get these.
  2. Did you reboot the system immediately after Fences installed?
  3. Do you have any other version of Fences installed in your system previously?
  4. What error popup every time you try to create a new shortcut or new folder on the desktop or within Windows explorer?
  5. Do you have any other Shell or Explorer alternative installed in your system.
