recently disabled vet asking help w/ new hobby

i need a start menu icon on object dock

anyone got some time for some questions im donniedstyle@aol. first being how to get a start menu icon on object dock. I also have a pile of parts from a case to a sound card i need to put together and I have no idea what high speed provider to go with. hit me up anytime. i'd appreciate it.

The method I use to access the start menu via ObjectDock is this........ First go here http://www.tsoftcentral.com/tools/index.html and download PresStart Then set up a dock icon that links to that nifty little tool. There are other ways, but this is my preference.
