I have been tinkering with a new blind, called "Spring Break", and my latest issue is that on the left side of the start menu, the screen goes from the color I want to white when hovering over the icons with a mouse. For example:

Not what I intended to have happen. Could be a border issue, or start menu issue that I am not aware of.
