To forestall any further threads, yes there is a problem with the servers controlling these services. Nobody from Stardock is around right now, but they'll probably be back up when they are. Until then I suggest candlelit vigils at your local Stardock shrine. Burnt offerings of floppy disks are also gratefully accepted (please, no mac-formatted disks).
