too much work to contact so many companies, not to mention my permission file would be off the charts lol and really i see many icon sets on this site that either dont have a permission file or do not include the many companies that are represented in their icons in their permission file.
for example https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/objectdock/7159/ i don't see any permission file at all much less one that is from microsoft giving him permission to use their icons in his "version" of them. all i see if no permissions then no upload... so far this doesn't seem like that is the case... since this example is not the only one without a permissions file including the basic companies like microsoft, apple, adobe, and any number of popular social websites... lol
