I think Ken is MIA because he is sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Or maybe he's not sick and tired, but simply exhausted?
Or maybe he's not exhausted but busy?
Or maybe he's not busy but otherwise occupied?
I repeat: There's no point speculating why Ken is or isn't posting.
I know, but it's hard not to when you're curiosity is aroused. 
What's so hard about asking him in private, and then keeping it private?
