Many of those who've been reading WC for months will remember Draginol's "Spyware Revolution" article on JoeUser.com (https://www.joeuser.com/index.asp?AID=13833) about the worsening problem of spyware, as well as his coverage on Ad-Aware.
Now, Lavasoft have updated the program to Ad-Aware SE (Second Edition). New features include improved logging & reporting, the ability to scan the registries of each user on multi-user systems, improved scanning speeds and extended scanning for browser hijacks amongst other features.
One of the most interesting new features though is the updates in the GUI - Most significantly, Ad-Aware now supports skins. Although there are only four skins available on Lavasoft's site, it shouldn't take long for more to pop up over time.
