1. Hearing a noise every time I press a key would get irritating so fast, no offense.
2. In theory if you know how to work DeskScapes it could be possible... (may require a bit of script to randomize the wallpaper)
3. That's exactly what KeyboardLaunchpad does...
4. There's a Stardock program that does something similar.
5. The UberIcons can have almost the same thing accomplished at least on the desktop with DesktopX. Although icon effects in Explorer are quite interesting, especially if it can be done. (although I refuse to use IconPackager until the blank icons issue gets sorted out)
