[Help] Unable to run Scripts Error Message Images

Hi, I've been trying to add an avatar but everytime I click on the upload button and choose an picture a error message pops up.

It says that the webpage cannot run script on the page. Do you want to continue running scrpits on this page?

Then after that there are some details.

How do I solve this problem and is there even anything I cna do about it? I am using Google Chrome btw.

I just tested it in Chrome and it seems to be working fine.  Could you answer a few questions for me?

1. What version of Chrome are you running?  Click on the wrench icon on the top right (next to the address bar), click on About Google Chrome, then tell me the number below where it says Google Chrome in big text.
2. What OS are you running? 
3. Are you running your OS in 32-bit or 64-bit?

Also, try doing a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) to see if that helps.

OS = Operating System.  OS X, Windows XP, Windows Vista....etc

Try upgrading Chrome to 2.0 and see if that works.  I wonder if it's an issue with Chrome 1 or an issue with Chrome in general.  I have 2.0 on my machine and the upload works fine, so let's see if it does for you.
