How would you like me to quantify this for you? Something that even the right wing conceded long ago.  After all, they don't bring this up at all, now do they?

ID thanks for the video.......my sides hurt from watching it. My secreatary had to run to the bathroom cause she's afraid she laughed so hard she might of had an accident.

No, it shows the ONE person he is supposedly quoting (though there is no citation whatsoever here) may or may not be (since we don't know if this person even exists).

Like I said, the woman who ignorantly claimed Obama is "an A-rab" is about as dumb as they come, but I'm not stupid enough to pretend she represents the entire electorate voting for McCain.

The ignorant in our electorate are not big on reading.  They want their news spoon fed to them and their opinions handed to them in easily-digested sound bites that they can regurgitate on command.

Besides if you all read through this thread what you would see is the following: upon stating I'm in support of Obama I've been told I must be a poor judge of character, can not be doing so for acceptable reasons, that I am racist or siding with racists and that I will be supporting terrorists and genocidal dictators.  Yet I have said nothing of a demeaning or derogatory nature to anyone saying they support McCain or intend to vote for McCain.

I certainly haven't agreed with all the negatives posted regarding OBama and I reiterated my intention to go ahead and vote my conscious.

Obama's better educated and more intelligent than McCain and Palin COMBINED.

 

Let's examine this statement a second. From a real worldpoint of view....not a political one.

I have 2 people applying for the same job with my company.................

 

One person has many years of experience w/above average competence and a fairly standard education.

The other person has limited experience w/no way to verify competence but a top-notch education.

 

I'd have to say that, to me as an employer, it's a no-brainer.

Bush had NO Senate credentials and pitiful educational marks.  But was handed the Governorship of Texas (by the Texas political machine) because he had failed miserably in every other job he has ever held.

Which, as it turns out, his poor marks and legendary failures were an EXCELLENT predictor of just how terrible a commander in chief he would turn out to be.

So if you voted for Bush, you can't use the experience argument against Obama.  That would be hypocritical of you.

 

Regardless, it depends on the JOB!  For President of the United States, I want the guy who is VERY intelligent, hard working, and can work with both sides of the aisle AND the American people to bring solutions to problems.

Feel free to hire McCain after the election if you so chose.  He's going to be in need of a job come 2010.

I've seen no evidence of this to date. In fact the resume items I quoted seem to show an inability to convince others that his plan(s) are good ones.

Obama is not running against Bush.

No one seems to be coming to any kind of logical conclusion any more. And at the same time, there are those people who are voting for Obama because he's black and don't want to be called a racist.

Just take a look at his CAMPAIGN.  He's run it masterfully, kept control of it, kept the negative baiting to a minimum, has pulled his own supporters back if they've gone to far, etc. 

AND, in direct refutation of your "argument", he's gathered the explicit support of an entire cadre of leading conversatives AND liberals, Republicans AND Democrats, military, civilian, AND political. 

And that's just in the runup to the White House.
