I'm not sure how 'new' this info is but, money being a tad tight around here lately, it came as a pleasant surprise to me - especially after having stumbled over the info on a Mac Forum while Googling Bryce.
Just DL Bryce 5.5 from CNET and start to install. It will get to the registration part and provide a link to the DAZ website. Go to the link and create an account and then go to the Bryce 5.5 product DL and it will give you a serial number. And, of course, an option to upgrade to v6.1 at a 30% discount within 2 weeks.
DAZ Studio 2.2 and an addon pack of content are also available at CNET as a free DL from DAZ.
Kind of a cool way to promote your product. Introduce a new version and make the old one available for free.
