We've all seen them, so how about an online survey by Stardock of it's products and services?It seems like a good way to get honest, constructive,positive (I would hope) feedback. Things like accessability for people with disabilities,functionality,installation,sales,support,ease of use,reliability,overall satisfaction,etc. I would think that both long-time and new users like myself could provide some data that could be useful in future product and service improvements. I'm generally happy here,but there is always room for improvement. Just a simple "star rating" or 1-10 would do,with a comments section to explain any "bad" scores. No bitchin' or whining,I'm sure they already get enough of that. I can't post this at SDC(weird forum problem on my end)so if this is missplaced, and needs to be moved, I apologize. So, the first question is:Are surveys a waste of time?
