there's security issue in someone hacking your xp, and there's security issue in having your stuff plastered into some foreign cloud service baked into the os (skydrive/whatever it's called now). and some stuff about source code not disclosed to chinese gov, some stuff about ms controlling 3rd party software that can be installed in win 8 (eh? driver signing? app store only?)
or at least that's what the newspaper article i read claims to be the "security issue".
