Wretched Blue menus on Win 7

How can I change in Aero themes using window blinds?

Win 7 has a terrible blue menu (what you see in Word 2007 for example) that can only be changed in the non-Aero, basic themes.  Can Window blinds be used to change this in Aero themes?  Thanks

Open Word, click on the Orb, Word Options on the bottom right of the options window, change the color scheme.

I want to change it for all of windows 7 and in fact do not use word 2007.  There is a theme that comes with windowblinds that turns the system-wide blue menus white: "Diamond", but under "change skin colous" cannot find the correct choice to allow me to change at will. "Button Face" seems to work under Diamond, but not the others,  Thanks
