Hey, I have a question please. Can anyone point me into the right direction or the software I need to use to create a Windowsblinds skin. Some of the skins are absolutely fabulous and has whetted my appetite to rediscover my creative side again. Especially Starone's skins. So beautifully put together. I thought I'd have a go, so would appreciate any pointers. Many thanks you great skinners!
