The problem came back...
...as soon as I went online there it was again. So I contacted my ISP and through "Live Chat" discovered that they began using an Email Client that requires Microsoft Office. Not having MS Office, I was asked to choose Outlook Express. When I did so, the Window so far, has not returned.
On another note,
The other day I began using MSN Messenger which I rather liked, however, not long afterward I began getting "Pre-attack probes. Today in a 20 minute period, I received 30 "HTTP_JRun_Double_Sk" hits which an attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request to the Web administration interface appended with an extra forward-slash character to bypass authentication and gain unauthorized access to administrative functions.
