One of the VIP's at Ja bil Circuit claimed I had to be the stupidest tech he had evern come across. Seems he still could not get his CD-Drive to function and everytime that I had come by "he was always doing something else at the time" I ended up claiming it worked fine, and it was very obvious it didn't.
So after a team meeting my boss called him up and we both walked over to the building he was located in and asked him to show us what he was doing.
He had a smirk on his face and looked right at me as if say "ha you fool, got you now", reached in his desk and pulled out an old NEC CD caddy, placed a CD in it and then attempted to stuff it into the Creative CD installed in his computer. My boss just gave one hard, short, loud laugh, grabbed my shoulder and pulled me out the door with her. She told me if he ever called tech support again to put him on hold and transfer him to her
