After realizing I had installed over an existing Impulse install, I uninstalled VIA Impulse. Uninstalled the new one with YourUninstaller Pro, ran CCleaner and Advanced System Care Pro.
Rebooted. Reinstalled.
Now I get an error saying DX has stopped working when I try to launch it, Here is the extra info.
