I believe that torch was just passed to Gamestop (the hiring part) SD is still doing support but if any new people come on I doubt SD would be the ones to hire them.
Agree, at the 95% level, Lantec. Almost all the problems are game purchase related. The very few seem to be SD Customization software related. I think the problems come up through the week but many folks probably are tired from work, so seek help on the week ends, not realizing SD folks have weekends also.
