There seem to be many problems still existant with the x64 version of WB, even after contacting Stardock Support with details on problems I had encountered just over 3 months ago.
There are still a few problems with skins when the titlebar height is higher than 23 pixels. Mostly in the Address bar and the Save as Dialog.
Here is what a theme looks like when first applied (one with a titlebar height above 23)

Here is what the Save As Dialog window looks like(notice the size of the icons):

This is an odd problem, it seems to go away once I set wb to reload the aero theme (unloading windowblinds), then reapplying the theme after.
Explorer after WB reload:

Save as Dialog after WB reload (notice how the icons are back to their correct size?)

There is also a small 1 pixel black dot on selected items that are not in focus(bottem left corner):

There are also a few other small problems, in x86 the taskbar thumbnail previews have a white border around them, in x64 they do not.

The volume also has a bug that has been around since day one on x64:

I truely hope these things FINALLY get some attention. This isn't the first time I've brought up these problems, yet nothing has been done.
Incase anyone is actually interested in fixing these bugs (ive kind of lost all hope here...) here is my wb system info:
