I went to download a wallpaper a few minutes ago and got a nice long message about how I needed to buy a product or subscription to continue downloading because I had exceeded my 50 MB limit.
Since I have given Stardock quite a lot of money over the last year or so, and am a level 4 customer and theoretically entitled "to unlimited file downloading on WinCustomize", I am assuming that the recent upgrades to the Wincustomize computers has screwed up my data somehow.
How do I go about repairing this? Or do I just wait and hope that the systems will eventually start recognizing me again?
