Start11 - Nagging upgrade pop up & windows and frozen start charms

Windows Version Number: Windows 11

Two things. 1. Start11 asks me to upgrade too much. I paid for the software fair and square, I own it, allow me to opt out of upgrade alerts. That's low class. 2. Start11 stops working after a period of time and makes the Start Charm and System Tray un-click-able. The only way to get it back is to uninstall Start11.

This was good for a couple of years but has turned into a dumpster fire. I am running v1.55. What's the latest stable version for my license that I can run, and where can I get it?
