Start 11 Suggestion

I have a suggestion to build into start11.

On the taskbar settings, we have a change start button look and position. This is great for single monitor users. But for people like me who have 2 monitors (and other people may even have more), would be a great feature to control the taskbar alignment per monitor. ie on my left monitor, taskbar could be aligned to the right (So its closer to my eyes) the main monitor infront could be set to centre and the monitor on my right (if i had one) could be set to left aligned
