Set Shortcut to NOT open Maximized

How do I set a Start11 Icon Shortcut to open NOT maximized? I have tried to Right Click > More > Open File Location to ensure the icon is set to open as I wish, and when I click Open File Location, it does absolutely nothing rather than taking me to the file location. I am lost! And it is quite annoying that I have to change the window size every time I open the app.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure if that is under Start11 control. Do you see different behavior if you start the app by within Windows Explorer? Or, perhaps, try default Windows 11 Start panel.

It is not the first shortcut that does nothing when I ask it to take me to the file location. The shortcut in the Windows start folder works fine. I guess I just have to live with it.

Zoho Notebook. I went into the Windows 11 app, and made sure the shortcut there was set correctly and now it seems to be working fine from the Start11 menu. Just do not understand why it would not open up the shortcut location from Start11 when I asked it to... In any case, it seems fine now that I went around Start11.
