Piss poor support

I would have thought getting some kind of support would be beneficial to both you and your clients. A simple bug that your developers obviously couldn't be bothered to resolve seems to be lingering in your forums. You create Object Dock and sell it with the ability of providing an additional floating task bar for shortcuts and yet as soon as we reboot, half the icons are replaced with shitty placeholder generic icons. You can say you didn't come across this in dev testing! Yes its not the end of the world but considering this is its primary purpose and your asking for money for it - its a bit lame! Do better!
