Trouble with WC

Takes forever

I have been having a few days in a row that WC is acting up. Not anywhere else

just WC. ANYONE else having probs??

Do you mean "isn't online" or is showing a 502? Please be specific.

Yes the same for me, won't load web page or is  very slow or hanging up .. I have to restart! Different times of day and night.

Just got a "Service is not available" message, refreshed and it loaded. I get that a lot, at least 4-5 times a day.

Interesting. I logon several times a day and haven't seen that. i wonder why. Strange.

Good morning -- Monday 9:42 am new upload took 49 seconds to come up. I wasn't sure if I would have to shut down and try again.

I haven't gotten a 502 ... It just doesn't come right up -- not even sure if will come up so I restart

Today was a bit slow here and there...but zero 502s, etc. for me. I really don't know what to tell you, Sed.

       Not so Sed.  There are many reasons why someone may not be able to access a website. It does not always have to do with said website.  Sunspots are notorious for disrupting electronics.  Browsers go wonky.

Typos (passwords). Your own router. Your IT.    So there are things you can check on your end.  Maybe you need a new modem?   And who is in charge of fixing, me.

WC is 25 yrs old...one of the servers, located in the Valley of the Kings (Egypt), though, is a tad older having been put there by one the Pharoahs, it's rumored.

It acts up, now and then, as we geriatric types are known to do.

I shall with my magical powers, summon from his sleep revered High Priest Jafo, aka Member 23, to prevail upon the Gods of The Underworld, Support, to fix things.

So, any idea why Stardock does not move the site to new servers to resolve the issue(s)? I was having issues on my site and mine got moved to new servers last year and I have not had any issues since. Might be a good idea for Stardock to do the same. Just my thoughts...
