Richard, sorry you're having problems but I believe that since you have 2 accounts with 2 emails, you now have to merge them. To do that, go here:

Merge the relhom702 account into the relhom account.
Then, after clearing data and cookies, log in as relhom with thar user name and it's password.
If instead, you wish to raise a ticket about your current issue, go here:

And fill out the form and submit it. You'll get an email reply with the ticket number. Keep it for reference. Be patient and don't resubmit. It'll kick your ticket to the end of the queue. As you probably know, Support is very busy trying to recover accounts, etc.
