No, not to my knowledge, it had worked well for several months. However, the time this happened, it followed a sudden shutdown of Windows during a restart (like a crash).
Is it possible that the data could be corrupted if the crash occurs at the exact moment when the old files are deleted and before the new files are created?
I also often had the message "the last modifications may have been lost" when starting the software.
