Latest version of fences. Can't drag a new item into a fence. Click on fences app nothing happens

reinstalled, works now but lost all customization
Now headers on fences near the top of the monitor move from the top to the bottom even though show headers is set to always
Still need details as requested above (reply#1) to move forward. Also please add screenshots on your new issue.

That is normal for Fences, it designed that way. If you wish not to have it move down do not move the Fence too close to the top screen edge.
