- What version of Windows are you on? The full version please. (Press Windows key + R and type in winver and a popup will appear. (The number wil be something like 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3758)
- What antivirus is running on your PC?
- Have you tried to install with your antivirus temporarily disabled? (That is a safe thing to do if you don't do a lot of other things online)
- Have you downloaded the latest version of Windowblinds 11 from your account page? If not, do that before you try to install again.
