Please HELP! Fences 4 Title Bar Truth in Advertising issue!

In Fences 4 how do I STOP the Title bar from dropping to the BOTTOM of the Fence when it nears the TOP edge of the screen? If this is impossible I will return/refund/chargeback this purchase. Fences 3 could do it sort of but in 4 it is terrible! Also this is Truth in Advertising issue as it shows on ALL Fence advertisements that the Fences are near the TOP of the screen with their TITLE bars intact!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this. Change your "Keep Fences spaced to a minimum. For me I set it to "2" and I can move my Fence top bar almost at the top edge, refer to screenshot below. It will take some time to move it slowly edging it.

I had mine set to 4 previously and still had issues with it.

I had to change it to 10 to even begin to not have issues... But now they are 10px away from screen edge!

Any chance they could add a option in to fix this?
