Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please uninstall the DeskScapes 11 and reboot. If you do not with to use it. But if you wish to use it sometime later you will need to install and activate it once. If it still asking for activation after activation please use this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#keepsaskingactivation.
Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.
In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named "DeskScapes". Please delete this folder and all of its contents.
After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate once again and it should succeed without any errors.
