So I've been spending countless hours trying to find what is causing my DWM GPU usage to go as high as 40% sometimes while gaming.
It was about time I think about WindowBlinds (which I have been using since I moved to Win10, probably 2 years ago). When I made the move, I installed Win10 1608 with which I remember never having such issue. Now I've been on Win10 1809 for couple months and I've been trying to resolve this.
So is there a way to fix that, could you implement a feature into the DLL you inject that would send DWM to sleep when a game (borderless or not) has the focus?
Note : Lowering my Refresh rate reduces this issue impact accordingly to by how much I lower it.
