I have two submissions which were rated and posted to the public gallery and then the rating went away and they disappeared from the public gallery. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/wallpapers/47161/ and https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/wallpapers/47160/ can they be brought back??
Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated........
The lack of rating (stars) on those submissions makes me think that they are in moderation...dunno
Correct.
Ernie. I think there is some sort of glitch going on as I received email on two walls this morning at 7AM but neither of them are rated and they show as not approved when I view the "MY Skins" page.

They are still in moderation.
Should be back in public by now - unless the ancient admin-backend shit-code f's up again.
PS.: An enquery of this nature should be handle by PM to a/any moderator.
How does something end up in the public gallery and then be pulled for (re) moderation? I always thought once the mods approved it for the public gallery it stayed there no matter how the rest of us rated it after going through the process.
They shouldn't be unless there's an issue with copyright or something. I approved these this morning, so I don't know why they went back.
I think a wee bit of 'site work' may have muddlied things a bit...
I intended to do a PM but thought since Ernie all ready opened the query it would be okay to respond that perhaps it was a site glitch.
Thank you very much......now that I know.....I will do that in the future.........cheers
For what ever reason......it was no big deal.....just wondering.......
Got it. Thanks for clearing that up.
