Hewlet packard would not be using a MS Live email adress, I could easily go to live and sign up an account as Brad Wardell@live.com.. but that dont make me brad Stardock uses  stardock.com, tiger direct uses Tigerdirect.com etc... IMO its a blatantly obvious Phishing scam to get your Identity.

  oops!!!!  It just amazes me how creative these people get!!!

 

IMO its a blatantly obvious Phishing scam to get your Identity.
   I had  a hunch it was!!

Now this would have had me immediately suspicious... besides, anything to do with Mac (Steve Jobs) is patented, so the prize money would be technically his and you'd probably get sued for trying to spend it.

 

I mean, you'd think they'd come up with a better, more convincing name - like Gates Packard, or Linux Hewlett, even Hewlett Windows  - cos Mac Packard just ain't cosher.
