
So we are back after the long weekend all reset and willing to do battle with the evil forces of bugs,
hailed by the overlord of Fail, Master of the..... sorry I spent a long time catching up on video games this weekend.
Anyway Support is back and on track. However over the course of 4 days we recieved just less than a thousand emails. If you are one of these people
do NOT write in asking for a response! This will
reset your ticket time and send you to the
end of the queue you are in to only wait longer! We will be pounding as hard as we can to clear this build up and shoud return to normal conditions by the middle of the week.
