You could try this one WWW Link it's not exactly like Vista but close. Or you could try DevantArt everyone there is making a Vista Windowblind skin.

In the past I have made some windows vista windowblinds that look quite a bit like Windows vista but havent uploaded them here as I was not sure if they are what the users here would like. But, if there is a demand for it, I would be more than happy to modify one of my older windows vista skins to function on Windowblinds 6 and work on XP
