I've just found what seems to be a problem with the WB beta 5 release (4.90g(
.033) - the dialog editor in Visual Studio 6 is hosed: the "drag border" doesn't show up around the dialog window, thus no ability to size the dialog.
Prior to the beta release there was no problem.
Tried using per-application settings - set to a different theme with no per-pixel stuff, set to title-bar only. The only thing that works is excluding completely.
