FencesMenu64.dll Conflict with Riot Vanguard and VALORANT

I've been using Fences 3 for several years without any issues, but recently I've encountered a problem when playing VALORANT.

Whenever Fences is running, VALORANT experiences significant FPS drops and stuttering whenever I move my mouse. Interestingly, when I stop moving my mouse, the FPS returns to normal.

I also started receiving notifications from Riot Vanguard stating that FencesMenu64.dll is interfering with the Riot Client.

I've done some troubleshooting to confirm whether Fences is responsible:

• Disabled Fences from starting up with Windows and restarted my PC. VALORANT then ran normally without any stuttering or FPS drops.

• Re-enabled Fences, and the same performance issue returned.

• Confirmed that Vanguard specifically identifies FencesMenu64.dll as the interfering file.

What's confusing is that this issue never occurred before, despite having used Fences 3 for several years. It only started happening recently, so I'm wondering if this could be related to a recent compatibility issue with Riot Vanguard.
