Start 11 V3 for V2 purchasers

So less than 6 months ago I bought the 5 pack lifetime V2 for Start 11 and now am seeing a new version. As I understand it I do not get V3 automatically because I bought V2. However we are talking about a purchase less than 6 months old on something called a life time purchase.

Do I have an option here, at least a discount for V3 or did I just lose and need to buy the whole thing again?
