Start 11v3 Folder menus issue

Windows Version Number: Windows 10 22H2 19045.7807
App Version: 3.0 BETA 1

With Start11 v3, folder menus dont seem to save the settings saved with the settings icon on them when launched outside of the taskbar. If you were to grab the pinned shortcuts from the taskbar and put them in a launcher such as Object dock or Winstep nexus workshelf, they do not respect per settings. They instead copy the settings for all launched this way. If they are on the windows taskbar, they function as they should.

Here is a short video showcasing the issue.
