Start11 Broken After Latest Windows Update

I updated my Windows insider build today and my Start11 taskbar broke. As you can see in the attached video, the taskbar keeps scrolling across 2 of my 3 screens. The affected screens are my primary screen (screen 3) and one of my other screens (screen 1). My current Windows version is 10.0.26220 Build 26220. Below is a screenshot of my display setup:

Will V3 fix this issue? If so, do I have to buy V3 if I am a lifetime V2 owner?

V3 does have a fix for this and we have a v2 beta update scheduled for release tomorrow (ran out of time today to get it out there) which should also resolve this.

V3 isn't free to v2 owners (unless purchased very recently), but you do get a discount, but as noted above you have no need to update to v3 for this fix, it will be available to v2 (and v1) owners. Upgrade to v3 only if you want the new features or just want to support the development.
