Create, Rename, and Adjust are not available

from Stardock Forums

On the Welcome to Fences page the first 3 choices are grayed out and unusable. Why?

Also, I was making adjustments to the size and location of 1 out of my 4 fences. While doing so, the one I was adjusting disappeared. How do I get it back?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few more details on your system.

  1. Your system Windows full version and OS Build number.
  2. Full Fences version installed number.
  3. Please post a screenshot showing us which choices?
  4. Do you have any other version of Fences installed previously in the same system?

Second question: You can use the restore saved layout to restore it.

Hi Bruce, that definitely shouldn't happen. If you'd like to send us a report via About → Troubleshooting → Create error report, we can try to make sure this doesn't happen again.

The first 3 panels in Welcome are purely instructional for basic usage of the app, and so aren't linked to other areas. (Text is solid black.)
