Start11v2 Taskbar Thumbnails Broken with Enhanced Taskbar 26300.9818

Taskbar thumbnails jump back and forth on hover

After installing Windows 11 Pro 26300.9818, thumbnails jump back and forth on hover before settling down to a steady state after a second or two with the enhanced taskbar turned on. They work as expected without the enhanced taskbar. They also work fine with Start11v2 turned off.

Yes. The video on this post is exactly what I am experiencing.
