Windowblinds & Start11 not working

I recently got WindowsBlinds11 and Start11, and I used the Aero11 theme, however no matter how many settings i tweak or change the taskbar refuses to change color and is always a dark opaque color, which is highly annoying considering that this is a $30 software that doesn't work. And yes I've tried changing every single setting available in WindowBlinds, Start11 and Windows Settings yet nothing seems to work. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear your difficulties. Please run winver and supply results as well as Start11 version.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need a little bit more details. If you try any other theme that come with Windowblinds, such as Acrylic or Corporate, etc, does the tweak you do to change the taskbar work?
